FAQ

  • How does the BioCharger Work?

The BioCharger uses light, frequencies, voltage, and pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) to help recharge your body at a cellular level. It promotes energy, recovery, and overall well-being—just by sitting near it for a session.

  • How often should I use the BioCharger?

It depends on your goals! Many people use it 2-3 times per week for general wellness, while others use it daily for specific needs like recovery or focus.

  • How long do the BioCharger benefits last?

The effects can last several hours to a few days, depending on your body’s needs and how often you use the sessions. Regular use helps maintain long-term benefits.

  • Who should NOT use the BioCharger?

The BioCharger is generally safe for most individuals; however, certain people should avoid using it due to specific health considerations. According to the BioCharger Help Center, the following groups are advised not to use the BioCharger:

Individuals with electronic medical implants: Those with devices such as cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, insulin pumps, glucose monitors, spinal stimulators, or certain hearing aids should maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from the BioCharger during operation, as the device's electromagnetic fields can interfere with these implants.

People with metal implants in the head or heart: Individuals with metallic plates, mesh, or implants in the skull or heart (e.g., cardiac stents) are advised against using the BioCharger. Passive metallic implants elsewhere in the body, such as in the shoulder, hip, knee, or dental areas, are generally considered safe. BioCharger Help Center+1BioCharger+1

Individuals with metallic chemotherapy ports: Those with metal-based chemotherapy ports should not use the BioCharger.

Pregnant women: Due to the lack of controlled clinical studies on pregnant women, it is recommended that they do not use the BioCharger.

Individuals with epilepsy or photosensitive conditions: The BioCharger emits flashing and strobing lights that could potentially trigger episodes in people with epilepsy or photosensitivity. Such individuals should either wear a mask over their eyes, face away from the machine during operation, or consider removing the spectrum tubes entirely.

Children under 18: While there is no strict minimum age, children under 18 require adult supervision during BioCharger sessions. It is advised that small children be positioned further away, in the 3-6 foot (0.9-1.8 meters) range.

  • How does the Sound Lounge work?

The Sound Lounge is a non-invasive wellness experience where you simply lay back, relax, and let the vibrations do the work. As calming music plays through a headset, the bed sends gentle vibrations through your body, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and bring your mind into a deeply relaxed state. These vibrations also help reset your nervous system, triggering the release of endorphins and other feel-good hormones that promote relaxation, mood balance, and overall well-being. It’s like a full-body sound bath that helps you reset and recharge in just one session!

  • How often should I use the Sound Lounge?

It depends on your lifestyle! You can use it daily for stress relief, a few times a week for relaxation, or whenever you need a reset. Even one session can make a difference!
